All ages. Self-referral. Adult recovery community drop-ins (The Well, The Ark), Community Café, Youth & Schools Mentoring, Youth & Schools Drop-ins, Youth & Schools P7 Transition Programme, Safe Families Western Isles, Intergenerational baby & toddler Little Stars + parenting course. Outreach via community minibus. Facility has lift and wheelchair ramp. Staffing: 22 staff plus volunteer base.

The Shed Project — Recovery (The Well, The Ark, Café)

Over 18. Via agency or self-referral. The Well: support for those in recovery from drug and/or alcohol use and people experiencing isolation. Meets 3x weekly – Mon & Wed 10am-4pm, Fri 7pm-9.30pm. Social drop-in (pool, board games, cuppa, movie nights, occasional Island trips). 1:1 support via Recovery & Development Coordinator and Well Support Worker. The Ark: women-only safe space for women in recovery from drug/alcohol use. Meets Fridays 10am-12pm. Crafts, trips (e.g. bowling), guest speakers. Run by experienced volunteers. The Shed Café: social café Tue & Thu 10am-3pm; hot/cold drinks, hot food, good company at great prices. All staff have lived experience. Facility has lift and wheelchair ramp.

Covers all of the Western Isles. All ages. Referrals: any individual or organisation. A warm space for all. Funeral services. Support to families going through bereavement. Part of the emergency response team. Emergency food parcels. Small community fund for emergencies (e.g. nappies, clothes). Christmas toy appeal.
